You can expect a 5 course dinner. We begin with smaller snack items while you settle in with cocktails or wine. For second and third courses we will send signature items from the menu as well as a few off menu items. The dinner culminates in a large family style entree for the table and rounds out with dessert.
The dinner usually lasts around 2 hours.
Griddled Bratwurst with Pretzels, Obatzda, Braised Sauerkraut and German Potato Salad. / Red Snapper Veracruz with Piquillo-Caper Relish, Young Potatoes and Rice. / Chicken Fried Catfish with Corn Bread, B&B Pickles, Brussels Sprout Slaw and Remoulade. / Glazed Ham Hock with Honey Butter Biscuits, Pork Braised Pearl Onions and Mashed Potatoes. /

The concept for Preserve comes from the husband and wife team of Jeremy and Michelle Hoffman, two Culinary Institute of America grads. Michelle and Jeremy have had the opportunity to work at some of the best restaurants on the east coast which inspired them to want to open their own restaurant. Their combined vision of blending great food and excellent service helped bring Preserve to life.
